What you will do

• Coordinate monthly payroll processes with external providers to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Manage HR administration, employee records, benefits, and HR systems.
• Act as the local HR point of contact for employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and interviews to onboarding.
• Support performance management, employee development, feedback, and exit interviews.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance with local labour legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid experience coordinating payroll with external providers and managing HR operations.
• English: Fluency is essential.
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruitment within engineering, technology, or other technical environments.
• Spanish language proficiency.
