Salary: $161,920 – $202,400

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery for ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations engagements.
• Facilitate architecture and design workshops to align solutions with client business requirements.
• Translate complex business pain points into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure delivery excellence and adherence to industry best practices.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform developments and apply them to client landscapes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solutions architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Risk or Security Operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including custom development, integrations, and workflows.
• Experience leading design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present architectural guidance to non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect.
• CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications.
• Experience with security tools like Splunk, CrowdStrike, Tenable, or Rapid7.
• Experience working within an integrated global practice.
