What you will do

• Lead technical discussions and architectural design for ServiceNow implementations, specifically focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.
• Translate complex client business objectives into actionable technical requirements and platform solutions.
• Oversee development standards, including security, performance, scalability, and code quality across the platform.
• Drive AI-enabled architecture initiatives, including the implementation of Now Assist, Agentic AI, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and provide hands-on troubleshooting support.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, case studies, and technical presentations for federal markets.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10 years as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or Developer.
• US Citizenship is required to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proven experience supporting federal clients and navigating complex government IT environments.
• Current ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and at least two CIS certifications (CTA preferred).
• Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, custom development, scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript), and integrations (REST/Integration Hub).
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide clear technical guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Control Tower and AI Agents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
