Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead project teams and complex programs to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Architect and design high-impact solutions, including integration design sessions.
• Facilitate client workshops and demos as the primary technical and process expert.
• Influence internal teams and external senior management to accept new concepts and approaches.
• Participate in the pre-sales cycle to identify opportunities and scope services.
• Provide thought leadership and generate differentiated content for marketing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and at least two process areas within ITOM.
• Proven experience in architecting, developing, and integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• Strong presentation, communication, and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs between different architectural approaches.
• Self-starter with a track record of maintaining expert-level certifications.
