Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in or able to work from one of the following offices: Charlotte, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington DC, New York, Dallas, or Houston. In-person attendance is required at least three days per week.
Salary: $147,200 – $196,880

What you will do
- Collaborate with the Transformation Practice to streamline client finance and operations functions.
- Perform business process analysis and define requirements to remediate operational gaps.
- Conduct cost and cycle time analysis to optimize financial processes and reporting.
- Manage engagements, including project scheduling, financials, quality reviews, and client relations.
- Lead business development activities such as proposals, capture, and thought leadership.
- Mentor and coach staff, managing delegation and conducting performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or a relative finance function role.
- Industry recognized professional certification.
- Proficiency in process analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), and data reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, and FP&A.
- Must be based in the USA and able to travel up to 30%.
