What you will do

• Lead the technical design and development of advanced software solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Define software architectures and technical approaches for emerging technologies and system concepts.
• Drive feasibility studies, technology evaluations, innovation projects, and future product exploration.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, architects, product innovation, research teams, customers, partners, and industry experts.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps, long-term engineering strategies, patents, publications, and funded research activities.
• Establish software engineering best practices and provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in software engineering, embedded systems, or technology development.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, design, development, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience driving innovation, advanced engineering initiatives, or technical strategy.
• Practical experience deploying AI tooling in software development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; reliable working practices are required for security-related tasks and certification activities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automotive software, software-defined vehicles, AI, or systems engineering.
