What you will do

• Oversee multiple engagement teams in executing divestiture solutions, including carve-out readiness and operational transitions.
• Support SEC regulatory filings and facilitate the preparation of carve-out financial statements.
• Provide technical expertise to audit teams regarding new, significant, or complex accounting matters.
• Identify market trends to act as a proactive advisor for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
• Supervise, train, and provide regular feedback to less experienced team members.
• Represent the firm at professional networking and recruiting events.

Requirements

• Active CPA license is required.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in financial statement audits, accounting advisory, or transaction advisory services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics.
• Deep proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
• Expertise in specialized areas such as ASC 606, ASC 842, IPO processes, or complex debt/equity transactions.
• Ability to travel on short notice (up to 30% expectation).
