What you will do

• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of all U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and provisions.
• Direct international tax compliance for U.K. and other global entities, coordinating with external advisors.
• Manage the global transfer pricing strategy and documentation in compliance with IRS and OECD rules.
• Develop tax optimization strategies and conduct M&A tax due diligence for new acquisitions.
• Serve as the primary contact for tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or Master's in Taxation/MBA strongly preferred).
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian federal, state, and local tax laws and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with transfer pricing methodologies and deferred tax accounting under IFRS.
• Proven track record in M&A tax due diligence and managing tax authority examinations.
• Required to submit citizenship and/or permanent residency information to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.
