Associate Director, Fund Accounting (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Lead technical accounting for a portfolio of Private Equity and Fund of Funds structures.
• Manage and scale a team of technical accountants, focusing on professional growth and training.
• Own operational delivery of core fund accounting and administration services for assigned clients.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, resolving issues and maintaining proactive relationships.
• Collaborate with the US Leadership team on business development, including proposals, pitches, and pricing.
• Implement and ensure compliance with frameworks developed by Financial and Regulatory Reporting CoEs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant at a Private Equity or FoF focused fund.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Radnor, USA.
• CPA certification or an MBA in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in building and scaling teams in line with business growth.

Nice to have

• Experience with Yardi and/or Investran.
