TL;DR
Account Development Representative (Fintech): Generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within Core accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and discovery. Focus on identifying growth within existing clients and qualifying prospects to fuel revenue growth.
Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA; role is onsite 5 days a week
Salary: $102,500 ($70,000 base + $32,500 on-target commission)

What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for AMs and BDRs.
- Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure strong fit and conversion potential.
- Research accounts and territories to uncover new contacts and decision-makers.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Highspot to craft tailored messaging.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use Gong to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ months of outbound prospecting experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
