Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Execute outbound phone, email, and virtual outreach to generate qualified opportunities within the RIA channel.
  • Manage defined territories and prospect lists to support senior BD professionals.
  • Build value-driven relationships with RIA home office contacts and independent advisors.
  • Educate prospective clients on tax-managed investing and Unified Managed Account (UMA) advantages.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity logging within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align outreach with current go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience in financial services, specifically internal or hybrid wholesaling.
  • Deep familiarity with the RIA channel and how independent advisors adopt managed account platforms.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline and activity management.
  • Strong consultative communication skills for high-volume outbound engagement.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an internal or hybrid wholesaler at a TAMP or fintech firm.
  • Knowledge of UMA, SMA, or separately managed account structures.
  • Series 65 license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Established network within the RIA or wealth management distribution community.
