What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to exceed KPIs and ARR targets.
- Drive daily team activities through standups, sales analysis, and pipeline reviews.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to ensure accurate forecasting and effective deal management.
- Tag into deals to assist the team in closing revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Area Director to refine sales strategies and operational processes.
- Cooperate with People Operations for hiring, career development, and performance management.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese required
- Minimum 4 years of Enterprise sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience in the assigned Area
- Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office
- Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree or equivalent higher education
- Experience collaborating with Partner businesses and Channel sales teams
