What you will do

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 2-7 Enterprise Sales Reps.
• Create and execute a business plan to exceed sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Mentor and build future sales leaders within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams.
• Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales.
• Experience selling through security channel partners.
• Expertise in SaaS sales covering cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
• Experience closing large deals with Fortune 1000 enterprises.
• Proficiency with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Must be based in Japan
