What you will do

  • Serve as an embedded expert within strategic partners' enterprise sales teams to enable their sellers and position hirify.global effectively.
  • Build and maintain a network of champions across partner organizations to maximize pipeline coverage and deal velocity.
  • Own and hit Japan channel revenue targets by closing enterprise deals through partners.
  • Coordinate with hirify.global sales leadership and partners through business reviews and joint account planning.
  • Collaborate with global partnerships and GTM operations to build enablement programs and commercial frameworks.
  • Act as the voice of the Japan market internally to advise on product and GTM enhancements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with 8+ years selling in Japan.
  • Native Japanese fluency (JLPT N2 or native equivalent) and business-level English fluency.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through channel, partner, or distribution-led sales motions.
  • Existing relationships across Japan's technology ecosystem (telecoms, SIs, cloud providers).
  • Deep understanding of Japan's enterprise procurement culture and decision-making dynamics.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
  • Background working with SoftBank, NTT, Fujitsu, NEC, or Accenture Japan.
  • Experience in the CX or customer service technology ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in enterprise settings.
