TL;DR

Specialist Sales Manager (ASPM/Cloud): Driving the growth of Cloud Security and ASPM solutions within the Japanese market with an accent on GTM strategy and senior executive relationship management. Focus on acquiring net new logos, managing complex SaaS sales pipelines, and delivering customized security proposals using MEDDPICC methodology.

Location: Japan - Tokyo (must be based in Tokyo with willingness to travel up to 30%)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Cloud Security products in Japan.
  • Drive product adoption and customer acquisition by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Deliver customized proposals to customers that directly address their specific security challenges.
  • Collaborate with Core Sales, Horizon, and Sales Engineering teams to refine and close strategic opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualifying to closing high-value transactions.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior executives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling high-technology enterprise software and Cloud Security solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Cybersecurity, SaaS, and the CNAPP market.
  • Experience utilizing the MEDDPICC sales methodology for pipeline generation and opportunity progression.
  • Demonstrated success in net new logo acquisition and leveraging channel partnerships.
  • Ability to conduct face-to-face customer meetings and travel across the region (up to 30%).
  • Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
