What you will do

• Develop and lead an analytics framework connecting marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and margin.
• Define and standardize KPIs across regions and business lines, including win rates and sales cycle velocity.
• Own and optimize the martech ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, and intent data tools.
• Design and implement scalable lead and account management processes, such as scoring and routing.
• Establish test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to regional business leaders on go-to-market strategy and account prioritization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or analytics within a complex, matrixed B2B organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Expert level English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
