TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Proactively generating and qualifying new business leads through cold outreach to schedule demos for Account Executives with an accent on consultative phone skills and high-volume prospecting. Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with daily office attendance required during the first month of training.

What you will do
- Proactively generate, identify, and qualify new business leads to grow your individual book of business.
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and social networking to schedule demos.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all activities, contacts, and opportunities within Salesforce.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume, talk-time, and lead generation quotas.
- Articulate the value proposition of IT management software to prospects and overcome objections.
- Stay informed on market conditions and competitive activities to refine your sales approach.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work in the office as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the US as this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on consultative phone prospecting.
- Ability to thrive in a quota-driven, high-pressure environment.
- Technical aptitude to learn and demonstrate IT management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar sales tools.
- Background in tech sales, IT, cybersecurity, or non-tech sales roles like insurance or logistics.
- Experience selling to IT departments, MSPs, or C-level executives.
