What you will do

• Own the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven and agentic product capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, utilizing data and customer insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and iterate on intelligent workflows.
• Define product roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics to measure ROI and customer impact.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize competing initiatives across stakeholder inputs.
• Guide go-to-market strategy and positioning in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including delivery of AI or agentic features.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong SaaS background, with insurance or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with hypothesis-driven product development.
