What you will do
- Rethink the sales workflow by replacing siloed AI tools with proactive assistants that push the right actions at the right moment.
- Define and sequence the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact automation over optional AI features.
- Get hands-on with the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors, and evaluating outputs to unblock progress.
- Empower sales reps to produce more relevant and faster offers by leveraging internal knowledge and market signals.
- Partner with adjacent AI platform teams to ensure a coherent and consistent agent experience across the organization.
- Drive measurable outcomes in sales efficiency, reducing low-value work while increasing offer win rates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a product management role, ideally with AI or agentic products.
- Deep interest or experience in LLM-based systems, their production behavior, and failure modes.
- Builder mindset and comfort working directly with prompts, connectors, and evaluation tools.
- Ability to bridge technical engineering constraints with the reality of sales operations.
- Strong written communication skills for both internal and external settings.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
