What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for toolchain efficiency, including business cases for new initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployments.
• Set product direction for AI agents and autonomous workflows using Develocity capabilities to build and test software faster, reliably, and cost-efficiently.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements and translate business needs into functional requirements with a clear value proposition.
• Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and enterprise sales enablement (presentations and demos).
• Advocate externally and internally by presenting at conferences and engaging with standards bodies and communities in developer and agent productivity engineering.

Requirements

• Location: Must be remote from Europe.
• 5+ years of product management experience in a customer-facing B2B context.
• Practical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Prior experience as a software engineer.
• Proven ability to build and manage a pragmatic product roadmap.
• Use of agentic AI tools in daily workflow to increase productivity and output.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tooling, build systems, or CI/CD products.
• Experience building AI-powered products, agentic workflows, or LLM-based tooling.
