TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and manage a 3-5X sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable channel partners to drive proactive demand generation.
  • Execute regional go-to-market plans and manage partner relationships to achieve quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver joint campaigns and events that create awareness among partner customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility within the CRM.
  • Drive key channel initiatives across technical, professional services, and sales functions.

Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the UK, France, or the Netherlands.
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
  • Proven track record of driving partner growth and achieving annual quota targets.
  • Strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Gsuite, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the IT security product sector.
  • Previous experience working at a startup or pre-$100M revenue company.
