TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing and expanding a partner portfolio in the EMEA region with an accent on strategic planning, reseller recruitment, and driving channel sales growth. Focus on building strong relationships with VARs, SIs, and consultancies to generate qualified leads and execute effective partner business plans.

Location: Must be based in the UK with required travel across the EMEA region (approx. 50% travel).

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic resellers to expand the partner network.
  • Develop and execute partner business plans to drive revenue and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to create and implement channel territory plans.
  • Promote partner training, incentive programs, and sales tools to ensure partner success.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as pipeline, deal registrations, and revenue.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal functions including marketing and operations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with willingness to travel across EMEA.
  • Minimum 5 years of channel experience.
  • Proven experience with VAR partners is required.
  • Experience working with technology products, specifically in security or risk.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, email campaign software, and G-Suite.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth, similar-stage SaaS vendors.
  • Experience working with Distributors, SIs, and Consultancies.
