What you will do
- Execute daily campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic retargeting channels.
- Optimize budget allocation to maximize pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
- Support organic social media presence and content distribution in partnership with brand and content teams.
- Test and optimize campaign creative, audience targeting, and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor performance metrics and report findings to senior leadership, ensuring accurate attribution in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Analyze the impact of AI-driven search trends on buyer behavior and adjust paid channel execution accordingly.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico
- 3+ years of hands-on paid digital marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively across time zones as part of a globally distributed team.
Nice to have
- Experience in GRC, compliance, risk, or enterprise SaaS sectors.
- Understanding of AEO, GEO, and zero-click search trends.
