What you will do

  • Own end-to-end design and delivery of Mid-Year and Year-End performance cycles, including calibrations, ratings, talent reviews, and pay-for-performance alignment.
  • Define roadmap for processes, build agile operating models with playbooks, workflows, and scalable timelines.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and People Analytics to integrate AI use cases, establish governance, and embed data intelligence into workflows.
  • Track metrics linking performance processes to talent outcomes, retention, engagement, and business performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across HRBPs, Rewards, Learning, Tech, and Communications for seamless program delivery.
  • Execute change strategies, manage executive stakeholders, and drive buy-in for strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Talent/Performance Management, HRBP, Program Management, OD, or HR Operations driving large-scale cycles at global/enterprise level
  • Deep expertise in performance management: talent reviews, calibrations, rating philosophy, pay-for-performance, bias mitigation
  • Advanced data literacy for building executive narratives from complex talent analytics
  • High proficiency with AI tools and experience with AI-enabled HR tech platforms
  • Strong product/design/systems thinking for scalable employee experiences
  • Outstanding communication, influence, and stakeholder management for executives and partners
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Org Psych, Business or related; Master’s/MBA preferred
