What you will do

• Lead the transition from automated to AI-led localization workflows for product UI and content.
• Design and implement event-driven, API-first translation infrastructure integrated with CMS and repositories.
• Define technical standards, system hygiene, and engineering documentation for the localization team.
• Apply AI-led delivery approaches across marketing, documentation, and other content ecosystems.
• Orchestrate delivery initiatives while directing distributed engineering partners.
• Build AI-powered reporting to complement existing operational metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., Claude/Anthropic) into production-grade engineering pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages including Python and Javascript.
• Deep understanding of i18n/l10n engineering, file formats, and encoding conventions.
• Experience designing event-driven, API-first infrastructure and CI/CD frameworks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
