What you will do

• Design and build AI platform capabilities on Azure, focusing on agent runtimes and orchestration.
• Contribute to the Agentic AI Platform initiative to define how agents are integrated across the organization.
• Develop standardized templates and reference implementations for LLM and Generative AI workflows.
• Implement secure access patterns for LLMs using APIM, Entra ID, and RBAC.
• Contribute to LLMOps and GenAIOps practices, including monitoring, evaluation, and feedback loops.
• Partner with Cloud Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure scalable and cost-effective AI environments.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an AI Engineer or AI Platform Engineer delivering production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and agent-based systems.
• High proficiency in Python with experience building APIs and service-oriented systems.
• Practical experience with observability tooling and telemetry for AI reliability.
• Comfortable working in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Strong collaboration skills to influence platform standards across engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM) for governance.
• Familiarity with AgentOps and MLOps concepts.
