What you will do

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance according to technical documentation.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to improve tool reliability and availability.
• Document system failures and create specifications to support maintenance improvements.
• Partner with engineering teams to execute experiments and tool configuration changes.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and procedural standards in a cleanroom environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
• HS/GED or higher degree with relevant technical certification, trade school, or 2+ years of hands-on technical experience.
• Ability to work a compressed schedule of three 12-hour shifts with alternating workweeks.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing required PPE and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and ability to work with minimal supervision.
