What you will do

  • Outreach prospects across multiple channels with an emphasis on cold-calling.
  • Develop and execute a lead-sourcing strategy, identifying key verticals and maintaining consistent activity levels.
  • Own the pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from getting started to daily usage.
  • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition.
  • Become a product expert on Revolut Business, including market positioning and relevant case studies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.
  • 1+ years of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Strong phone communication and clear articulation.
  • Excellent written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong accountability and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management to balance prospecting, closing, upsell, and CRM administration.
