TL;DR
Account Executive, SME & Growth (Fintech): Driving new SME customer acquisition and managing the full sales cycle for spend management solutions with an accent on outbound business development and territory management. Focus on pitching complex technical requirements and closing deals with CXO-level stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — minimum 3 days per week in office

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle and territory management from prospecting to closing.
- Drive revenue growth and new client acquisition within the SME & Growth segment.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound business development.
- 1+ years of experience in a closing capacity with a Spend tool or similar is mandatory.
- Proven track record of top sales performance.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into product solutions.
- Superior verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience presenting to and negotiating with CXO stakeholders.
