What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve cyber incidents.
• Evaluate coverage for claims and draft official coverage letters.
• Act as a trusted advisor for underwriting and risk functions regarding claims trends and development.
• Foster a feedback loop with security and underwriting teams to improve products and the automated UW engine.
• Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and insureds to deliver service excellence.
• Evaluate exposure, proactively set reserves, and report significant claims to management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA or New York, NY
• 3-5 years of insurance claims-handling experience.
• At least 30% of current claims portfolio must be in cyber insurance (e.g., ransomware, BEC, financial fraud).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• College degree or equivalent education/experience.

Nice to have

• Licensed claims adjuster (licenses in multiple states are a plus).
• Experience as a paralegal in insurance practice.
