Principal Program Manager (Hardware/Software)

What you will do

• Lead cross-business-unit planning for three-year innovation roadmaps and coordinate alignment between product strategy and engineering capabilities.
• Own PWS R&D alignment forums connecting product, hardware engineering, and software engineering leaders.
• Coordinate experience platforms spanning AI-enabled workflows, security, connectivity, and sustainability.
• Align design, UX, software, hardware, and partner-alliance schedules across global teams.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives such as strategic platform partnerships and unified hardware/software experiences.
• Integrate engineering timelines, software readiness, go-to-market requirements, regional considerations, and retail readiness into executable programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on R&D program management, technical product management, or engineering leadership experience.
• Experience delivering complex hardware and software solutions in consumer electronics or comparable environments.
• Experience delivering new consumer electronics hardware and software through mass production and launch.
• Ability to influence Vice Presidents, General Managers, Directors, engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and commercial marketers without formal authority.
• Strong technical, business, cross-functional program management, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and willingness to travel globally.
