Principal Program Manager, Go-To-Market (AI)

Location: Remote, Canada or United States

Salary: $203,200–$345,600 USD base salary annually for United States residents.

What you will do

• Own high-stakes minor and major go-to-market launches for Product & Technical Marketing.
• Run a portfolio of initiatives spanning Product Management, Product Design, Growth Marketing, Communications, Social, and Field Enablement.
• Build scalable launch frameworks and program practices for 15+ launches per year.
• Convert recurring manual coordination into production AI workflows and partner with Marketing's AI Transformation Owner on adoption and governance.
• Give leadership clear risks, options, recommendations, owners, and decision points across competing priorities.
• Measure launch performance through pipeline, adoption, consumption, brand, and community impact, then improve future cycles through retrospectives.

Requirements

• Experience managing go-to-market programs in the high-tech industry across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience scaling program operations in large, distributed organizations with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and automations used by real teams in production.
• Strong understanding of product releases and their impact on go-to-market functions.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and communicate clearly with executives.
• Ability to travel when needed and comply with hirify.global's travel policy.
