What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source and engage top talent across the US and European markets.
• Build pipelines for highly technical roles, including AI/ML Engineers, Research Engineers, and Product Engineers.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical capability, problem-solving, and cultural alignment.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership.
• Track recruiting performance and continuously improve hiring processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies or startups.
• Proven track record of closing technical and engineering roles.
• Experience hiring across US and European markets.
• Fundamental understanding of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI systems (LLMs, agent systems, ML workflows).
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting AI Engineers, Research Engineers, Applied Scientists, or AI Researchers.
• Experience hiring for AI startups or research organizations.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and AI-powered recruiting workflows.
