What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day agency performance and manage client relationships for an iconic brand in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Lead the growth and development of the client’s go-to-market retail business across all agency disciplines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Creative, Strategy, and Connections teams to move projects from production to launch.
• Generate and review project briefs to inspire creative development and lead the creation of unified media campaigns.
• Mentor and develop a large account team onsite in Kansas City, including conducting performance reviews and identifying employee goals.
• Ensure all agency deliverables follow digital marketing best practices and shepherd presentations through regulatory and legal reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of account management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager of direct reports.
• Proven experience leading brand work within the QSR or other regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in integrated digital marketing including media, paid search, social, programmatic, SEO, content, and UX.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and present strategies to senior-level clients.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Kansas City, MO office.
