What you will do

• Own day-to-day client relationships and drive long-term client retention through strategic partnership and proactive communication.
• Lead account strategy across Amazon and marketplace channels, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance.
• Partner closely with Performance Marketing teams to optimize advertising performance and improve KPIs across traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Creative, Logistics and Brand Health teams to deliver integrated commerce strategies.
• Analyze account performance and identify opportunities across content, advertising, pricing, promotions, and assortment to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a Account Management role
• Amazon Seller Central experience a must (Vendor Central a plus)
• Exceptional communicator with strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Experience in Beauty and Health and Wellness a plus
• Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
• Must be organized and thoughtful
