What you will do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, leading presentations and status calls.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including timelines, budgets, and internal resource allocation.
  • Translate client briefs for internal creative and production teams and review deliverables.
  • Oversee the full production process from pre-production to final edit schedules.
  • Support influencer team activities, including talent management, contract reviews, and content approval.
  • Provide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior account executives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NYC or able to commute for a hybrid schedule.
  • Proven experience in an account management role within a social or creative agency.
  • Strong client-facing skills with confidence in presenting and relationship building.
  • Excellent project management ability with a detail-oriented approach to multiple accounts.
  • Deep understanding of social media culture, platforms, and current trends.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
