Location: Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours. Remote or hybrid in Philadelphia.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000/annually.

What you will do

  • Own the executive relationship for 10–15 client accounts, translating SEO and GEO impact into business terms for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across your portfolio in partnership with other service lines.
  • Set the strategic direction for account teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
  • Leverage AI tools to drive workflow efficiencies and share learnings across the organization.
  • Participate in sourcing and interviewing to help define the future of the SEO team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
  • Hands-on SEO agency experience across Content Strategy, Enterprise SEO, PR, Paid Media, and Analytics.
  • Proven experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-powered search interfaces.
  • Strong track record of managing C-level relationships and translating digital tactics into business revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and manage high-intensity client situations.
  • Experience in identifying account growth opportunities and driving revenue.
