• Plan client roadmaps 30–60 days in advance to ensure proactive scheduling.
• Manage project workloads, monitor hours, and communicate scope concerns early.
• Build trust in agency services including branding, web development, and content production.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 1+ years of experience as an account manager or marketing manager for the standard role; 3+ years for the Senior level.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects within budgets and strict deadlines.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and goal alignment.
• Effective collaboration and project management skills.

• Experience sourcing marketing materials and managing vendor relationships.
• Background in content production for email, social media, and websites.
