What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions including Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers to build hiring plans and guide interview processes.
• Build and manage pipelines of diverse talent through direct sourcing and creative outreach.
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics.
• Champion equity and inclusion throughout the entire hiring process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or healthcare.
• Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across various business functions.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Must be based in the US and comfortable with occasional travel to NYC.
