What you will do
- Present fraud prevention and e-commerce optimization solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to provide technical insights throughout the sales process.
- Conduct solution deep dives with clients to align 's capabilities with their specific business goals.
- Articulate integration technology and scope projects to remove technical barriers for prospects.
- Develop solution messaging that highlights the company's unique value proposition and differentiators.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to share client feedback and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering for enterprise B2B products in the e-commerce industry.
- Deep understanding of fraud prevention, identity, payments, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience delivering presentations to senior-level business and technical stakeholders.
