TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving ARR through landing and expanding Enterprise logos in the DACH region with an accent on value-driven sales and methodological prospecting. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Germany or Switzerland (Berlin, Munich, Zurich preferred)

What you will do

  • Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by landing and expanding Enterprise customers in the DACH region.
  • Ensure a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through direct and teamed prospecting.
  • Manage accurate forecasting, quarterly revenue delivery, and implementation of account plans.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in AI-video business communication solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure account adoption and expansion.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and professional English proficiency required.
  • Proven experience selling to Enterprise logos in the DACH region.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically landing and expanding accounts with 1k–20k employees.
  • Strong background in outbound prospecting and value-based product demonstrations.
  • Experience with methodological sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Extensive MEDDPICC and Command of the Message training.
  • Experience and interest in AI technologies.
