TL;DR
Commercial Account Executive (AI): Acquiring new customers and managing the full sales cycle for the Revenue AI Operating System with an accent on strategic prospecting and demand creation. Focus on navigating complex deals, conducting discovery, and articulating value to sales leaders in the DACH region.
Location: Hybrid in Berlin (3 days office / 2 days home). Fully remote contracts are not possible.

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Demonstrate the value proposition to prospective customers to create excitement.
- Implement pilot programs and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain weekly sales forecasts and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Act as a strategic business partner for prospects during the discovery phase.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
- Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work arrangement.
- 2+ years of closing experience in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience.
- Previous experience with SaaS, AI, and enterprise platform solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (e.g., President’s Club).
