What you will do

  • Run full sales cycles from initial contact to close with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasurers.
  • Lead consultative discovery to translate finance pain points into business value.
  • Navigate complex buying processes involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
  • Leverage AI and modern sales tools to improve efficiency and win rates.
  • Represent the DACH market internally and externally, shaping GTM strategy and building trust in the finance community.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in finance-related software.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business in growing markets.
  • Fluent in German and confident in English.
  • Comfortable with pipeline building and autonomous work.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and trust-building skills.
  • Curious about finance, technology, and company operations.
