Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 USD for US based hires / $120,000 – $150,000 CAD for Toronto based hires

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Workiva solutions and reporting automation for clients.
• Define business requirements, functional design, and process design, including prototyping and testing.
• Redesign data pipelines, tables, and chains to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design scalable data architecture and translate accounting and reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead client workshops for solution design and provide professional education to clients.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior-level staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting or functional finance industry experience.
• Workiva Certification.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Workiva or similar EPM cloud technology implementation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in driving compliant reporting solutions through technology and client collaboration.
• Strong Excel literacy.

Nice to have

• Workiva Delivery Certification.
• Significant hands-on experience implementing Wdata (tables, prep, chains, connectors, views).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, relational structures, and SQL.
• Experience integrating ERPs, GLs, CRMs, and data warehouses into a central data layer.
• Subject matter expertise in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Financial Services.
