Location: Must be based in North America (USA or Canada). Hybrid model with travel based on client preference.
Salary: Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $186,200 USD (depending on zone) or CAD 170,000 - 205,675 for Toronto.

What you will do
- Manage project execution and teams of consultants to ensure successful delivery of client engagements.
- Lead end-to-end front, middle, and back-office implementation projects, including requirements gathering and workflow design.
- Oversee project governance, budget tracking, and proactive communication with clients.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their professional skillsets and career progression.
- Drive business development through the creation of client proposals and thought leadership.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in current challenges facing the Asset and Wealth Management industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or industry within Asset and Wealth Management.
- Hands-on experience with investment platforms, specifically SimCorp One/Dimension (preferred).
- Strong understanding of investment products including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Alternatives.
- Proven project management capabilities using Agile methodologies.
- Advanced presentation skills for leading executive-level workshops and steering committees.
- Based in the USA or Canada.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM, or FactSet.
- Exposure to organizational change management and business readiness activities.
