Salary: $90,000 - $153,900 (USD) depending on zone; Toronto region: CAD 137,800 - CAD 161,500

What you will do

• Drive project execution and provide structured solutions for client engagements to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead workstreams, facilitate workshops, and create high-impact client deliverables and recommendations.
• Deliver end-to-end front/middle/back-office implementations including requirements gathering and workflow design.
• Manage project governance, including budget tracking and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.
• Contribute to market research and co-author whitepapers to support business evolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience at a recognized firm or as an in-house business analyst in financial services.
• Exposure to investment management platforms, preferably SimCorp One/Dimension, Aladdin, or Charles River.
• Deep understanding of Asset and Wealth Management value chains and various investment products.
• Experience with business/technology transformation and foundational project management (Agile).
• Must be based in North America (USA or Canada).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagement.
