What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday security roles, groups, and domain/business process security policies.
• Implement role-based, user-based, intersection, and segment-based security groups.
• Run regular audits and access reviews to ensure compliance and data integrity; maintain security documentation and audit logs.
• Support HCM security for hiring, terminations, and benefits enrollment, aligned with Canadian HR and payroll compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational security requests and validate security configurations during Workday release cycles.
• Prepare security documentation and present recommendations to HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Workday security administration and HCM configuration.
• Strong knowledge of the Workday security framework (domain, business process, and integration security).
• Familiarity with Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Working knowledge of EIBs for controlled data exchange.
• Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields for security audits (asset).
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree.
