What you will do

• Investigate and resolve risk-related issues and platform misuse.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in escalated incidents.
• Manage high-risk situations and adjudicate user background screenings based on geographic compliance.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and the legal team on ongoing investigations.
• Audit sender Gig claims to reduce company liabilities and losses.
• Research industry standards to improve internal risk and safety processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trust & safety or risk-related roles.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship).
• Strong investigative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and agile environment.
