What you will do
- Moderate customer reviews and comments on client apps and platforms according to brand guidelines and policies.
- Analyze user feedback to decide whether to moderate or escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and engage with customer communications across platforms (public responses, chat, email, DMs, and app store review sections) using appropriate brand tone.
- Identify trends and recurring issues in customer messages (text, memes, media) and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with clients to keep app communities safe and aligned with brand values and user guidelines.
- Maintain regular communication with the manager to resolve issues and provide updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in moderation, community management, CX support, or digital customer service.
- Fluent English and Portuguese (written and oral).
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills with socially native, friendly responses.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule.
- Calm under pressure and confident handling high-visibility comment sections.
- Personal PC/laptop with a working webcam and a stable internet connection at home.
