What you will do

  • Develop and execute master account plans for premier Fortune 500 accounts in the region.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and ROI for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate and close multi-layered, seven-figure software deals.
  • Partner with clients to position identity as a critical foundation for AI initiatives.
  • Hunt for new business leads and expand existing relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with global channel partners and internal cross-functional teams to drive strategic engagements.

Requirements

  • German language skills are mandatory.
  • Proven track record in strategic field sales, specifically developing new logos and selling enterprise cloud software to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience navigating, negotiating, and closing highly complex, six-to-seven-figure software cloud deals.
  • Deep understanding of modern technologies, automation, and AI in the context of enterprise security.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep experience with target account selling and consultative sales methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Domain expertise in identity, security, infrastructure management, or modern data platforms.
