What you will do
- Develop and execute master account plans for premier Fortune 500 accounts in the region.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and ROI for C-suite stakeholders.
- Orchestrate and close multi-layered, seven-figure software deals.
- Partner with clients to position identity as a critical foundation for AI initiatives.
- Hunt for new business leads and expand existing relationships within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with global channel partners and internal cross-functional teams to drive strategic engagements.
Requirements
- German language skills are mandatory.
- Proven track record in strategic field sales, specifically developing new logos and selling enterprise cloud software to Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience navigating, negotiating, and closing highly complex, six-to-seven-figure software cloud deals.
- Deep understanding of modern technologies, automation, and AI in the context of enterprise security.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep experience with target account selling and consultative sales methodologies.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Domain expertise in identity, security, infrastructure management, or modern data platforms.
